Terms and Conditions for Use

You May
Use the tubes/graphics to:
1. Make web sets for your site or to make sets that you have on your site for others to download.
2. Use the tubes/graphics to decorate your personal site or make graphics for your personal site.
3. Make awards....sig tags...stationery...tubes...etc.
4. You may use them to make stationery for yourself or to put on your site for others to download.

5. If you use them to make graphics for a challenge or tutorial for a group
you belong to....if you will just mention where you got them.. that will be fine.
You don't have to put a link with them.

You May NOT!

1. Add any of my graphics to a CD or collection that you are selling or giving away.
2. Put any of my graphics on your site for others to download.

3. Cannot be used on Commercial sites, personal sites only please.

4. Use, Take, or Alter ANY of the backgrounds from ANY of the pages on my site unless noted otherwise on that page.
