to our shop and thank you for reading our policies. Please do not
place an order if you do not agree with any of the following policies.
Payment:
 Currently
we only accept PayPal, please note you do NOT need to have a PayPal
account to use PayPal.
Shipping policies
Most regular orders are shipped next day if your order is placed
before 7pm EST. During the Holidays please allow a 3 day lead time.

Custom orders, depending on the size/detail of the order, take longer.
Please email us to find out how long a particular order will be.
Special orders ship in 3-4 weeks, no exceptions unless description
says otherwise!

Within the USA we ship USPS with Priority mail, flat rate or 1st class
shipping. Large order will ship Priority mail.
All lighter items
will be shipped in bubble or light weight mailers.

If
you would prefer Parcel Post Shipping (cheaper, but longer time in
transit) please state this in the comments on your order so we are
sure to refund the shipping fee difference
Refund and Exchange policy:
Due to the handmade nature of the items ButterflyWisper offers,
returns are not generally available. Of course, there are always
exceptions to that rule depending on the situation. We want you to be
happy with the products you buy from us, and we will listen to any
-valid- concern or need to make a return. Should we agree upon a
return, the shipping expenses will be the sole responsibility of the
customer.
In the event of damage during shipment, please email us
within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please save all original
packaging!
Additional Policies & FAQ's
It is the responsibility of the consumer/customer to check
ingredients and materials for possible allergies. Ingredients and
Materials used are disclosed online as well as on the packaging when
it arrives in the order. If you have any questions or concerns about
allergies and the ingredients/materials we use, please email us prior
to making a purchase. In case of irritation, please discontinue use
and consult your physician immediately.
